No, I just finished the texturework (mostly).

Animation may come later, once I learn how 

Then of course there's always Shepard who could stand a higher res texture too

She ignored my question about the eyes, because she doesn't know her eyes glow! Clearly, what happens is that  quarian eyes reflect back some light at a wavelength that humans can see, but quarians can't. 

"Glowing eyes? Huh?"

Like a cat, quarians have a tapetum lucidum.  Combined with their polarized mask visors, which distorts incoming light, and they have "glowing eyes"
