Here's an interesting thought. Bioware says they know what she looks like.

That implies it's documented. That implies there's multiple concept and potentially finalized drawings of her face, deep within Bioware. Maybe even 3D models. 

There are images of her face out there.

1. they're better at stopping leaks
2. the concept art is a lie

Garrus: You two were inseperable! I'm amazed it took you both as long as it did.

*Shepard places the pistol back on the table before crossing his arms, his full attention on Garrus.*

*Shepard raises an eyebrow.*

Shepard: I don't kiss and tell, Garrus.

Garrus: Oh come on! You can tell me!

Shepard: Joker's got his betting pool up and running again?

Garrus: Shepard... I've got a whole lot of money riding on this.

It doesn't really surprise me that it's not leaked.

Leaks don't happen that often from the actual development studios. Usually they occur some time between they finish and the product gets released to the public. 

Besides, I imagine only a handful of Bioware people would have access to that art.

Awesome.  I'm not really a fan of the "script" format, preferring the "novel" format, but awesome.  Garrus' reaction (*shrugs*) was spot-on.  I hope ME3 (or romance pack ) lets other squadmates comment on your LI.
