It's not my favorite either.  The forehead nostrils are just tacked on:  they don't make a lot of sense when there are nose nostrils, and presumably mouth breathing as well.

I don't like the forehead nostrils either, but it's still my favorite interpretations. The other one's I've seen have basically amounted to space elf or different colored human, neither of which I want.

You know, I used to argue for a more alien approach, but what little we can see of her face doesn't really support it.  And, honestly, the rest of her is pretty alien when you get down to it.  That's enough for me.

What do we from what we can see of her face? From the mask we can only infer nose and two eyes. If you mean the concept art, that's concept art and not very detailed. I just don't want them to be like the Asari. It's perfectly possible for them to be more alien yet still attractive, if that's what you care about.

I don't think that's the case at all.

Believe it or not, the (mainstream) porn industry is very... professoinal, and Fornax is a major publication. 

I think Fornax puts up ads saying that they're looking for Quarians willing to undress, they offer to provide clean rooms and all that, and then they pay them.

I can see that being tempting to some down-on-her-luck quarian on her pilgrimage.

Of course, the extranet doesn't work exactly like the internet. Bandwidth is actually pretty limited and it sounds like, in general, each planet has its own database that they update occasionally through interstellar transmissions. So I doubt there's anything like "space google."

That being said, I have wondered about the quarian thing. They were a Council associate like the volus and elcor centuries ago and, although their immune systems were weaker than those of other species, they didn't need the enviro suits. So it stands to reason that somebody, at some point, took pictures, and put them into record. In fact, it's likely several people, for no other reason than the reason anybody takes pictures of anybody.

That one lady on Ilium's mate actually went to Rannoch to study the quarians.  The pics are out there.  Shep almost certainly had a basic idea of what he was getting into.

I don't think it will be a problem 

I am still greatly in favor of quarians having hair, but. . .I suppose I'm deep enough under the Talindoctrination to be okay with anything by this point.

I'd much prefer Tali with hair, but no hair won't stop me from thinking she's totally awesome.

It's very likely Quarians have hair though. Hair is something that would help spread pollen around on Rannoch.

Like Buddha, I would not have a problem with it. First of all, I'd be happy with however Tali looks like (she's got lips, that's good) secondly, not having hair does not preclude her from being attractive. I don't really like the Asari, but they aren't really ugly or anything, despite not having hair. If you've watched the movie V, whoever the female lead is still looks gorgeous even with a shaved head.
