Just speculation.  They come from a more arid planet, so some difference is possible.  It's not really something the game can show us, though.

The problem with that speculation though, is I believe the extent of our information is that Rannoch is more arid than Earth.  That doesn't really mean anything.  It could mean the whole planet is a desert, or it could be almost identical to Earth, just a degree or two hotter in places.  The variables range from changing basic quarian appearance, to nothing at all.

In a case like this, with little info, and the info not even necessarily meaning anything (it is sci-fi after all,) I'm perfectly content with settling on the best case scenario

Arid =/= hotter.  Just sayin'. 

You make a fair point about best case scenarios and all.  But since we are just speculating here, I see nothing wrong with exploring other ideas.  It's one of the reasons I love this pic so much:  you can kinda guess at what her skin might feel like.  The fine lines, the fragile translucence...  But it is no more valid than any other guess.

I think he means to say, dream that the Quarians are real people and come to earth looking to help the humans and we get along and a lot of the female Quarians have the same personality as Tali...

"More arid than earth" I think just means it's like earth, but with less water.

In Khelish, "Rannoch" means "walled garden," which implies it has at least a certain amount of vegetation.

I imagine it looks like earth, but with a bit less "green"
