It's asking me for my phone number and it says that its a 9.99 charge a month...I don't wanna do that...

ohh I see what you were refrencing to... thats an add for another site... this one you just upload the tone, and download it on your phone... thats all you do, the Add that says 9:99 is for another site that gives you actual "music" ring tones
