She did, Tali was afraid to act on them. You can suspest Garrus goes through something similar for FemShep.

Yeah I know, I was wondering how a hypothetical situation could occur where Tali doesn't develop feelings for Shepard over ME1 and ME2 could occur.  A counter to the question of why Tali would fall for Shepard.  How could she not? <3

Shepard's 1 in a million, I'd like to think Tali and Garrus are equally special (IMO, because I put them on a pedestal above everyone else (Wrex is good, Mordin as well, just not the same progression)

I love it, it's perfect for me, AND it's not for everybody, so it's not clearly the best or anything, it's just that I'm happy I found my niche in this gaming world.

non-ME1 romance history makes me jealous.

Just replay ME1 with no romance, what's so hard about that?

You can get her in the scene, but you have to kill off a few people.
