Oh, I don't think it will have any impact on the conflict itself. Like you said, it's unfair for players who didn't romance her. I was more meaning towards things like holding hands and having some of the Quarians comment on how they're together with each other. There's also the possibility that Shepard and Tali can defend each other with more convinction should they come under fire.

I do think there should be consequences. The entire game was about recruiting the most specialized and skilled team in the galaxy, and making sure they are loyal and that they survive. Anyone who has people die on the mission can reload the mission very easily and fix their mistakes. Anyone who kills characters purposefully should not complain if they get less or altered content.

Make it yourself, or ask another thread. Asking someone from the Tali support thread to load up a pre suicide mission file that has the required set up (Tali unloyal or whatever,) and then having them record killing her off and putting it up on youtube is not a quick process.
Either enlist the help of the trolls, or just play the game up to that point. It will be quicker.

I don't think it's too much. It's just commenting. Most of the other LIs are not so tied to other subplots, yes. But we don't know about ME3's storyline nor where we will be going exactly. There's unfinished business with Cerberus so there's the potential for the Jacob/Miranda/Jack romances. There's unfinished business with the Alliance so there's the potential for Ashley/Kaidan romances. There's unfinished business with the Shadow Broker so there's Liara. For Thane and Garrus, provided we are recruiting races against the Reapers, there's also the possibility there for their respective homeplanets.Azint wrote...

Plus, the whole conviction under fire thing really doesn't sound that hard to implement for any of the characters. It just means adding a few extra sound files that will get repeated over... and over... and over

Why would you have to make a video of it? Just save right before you go on the suicide mission. You can reload all you want.
Honestly, I'm not getting your motivation for this at all, and the longer it drags on, and absorbs the entire thread's focus onto Tali dying, the more I drift back to my original opinion.

In my world, Miranda is more likely to die than Tali. Tali has zero chance, and Miranda won't be loyal if I don't have the persuasion and have to pick Jack over her.
I really enjoy being to block out everything negative and live in my own flowery happy place.:innocent:

I think she said she was 17 or 18? It was 5 years before ME1, so ya 17 or 18.

My Fanfic (link in Siggy) ends with Tali dying in chapter one. However, I must point out, I do introduce a quarian god who is afraid of Shepard. Because he is going to bring her back.
