Sorry, hopped up on coffee that had a few shots in it... read over that kinda fast... Id say the whole unable to ahve a child of their own perhaps. Or Shepard and Tali settling down would have to be the hardest thing. Shepard doesnt seem like one who would settle down and I imagine Tali would want to live on their homeworld if they reclaimed it. There are probably much better reasons out there right now though, i'm far too happy to think of them, lol.

She does need to get over her hatred of all AI's, but you could see that starting to happen in ME2. She started to warm up to Legion a little near the end. But it will definately be an issue. Personally I would probably leave the geth to be killed by the reapers.

But with Rael and Talitha'Zorah being dead, I imagine they'd want Tali the genius quarian to have kids. And no quarian has ever been with a human, right? At least, never intimately. So even if the Admiralty Board was accepting, there are always masses of ignorance that would judge Tali, even if she's with the hero of the galaxy.
