Agreed. I wish Tali would say something about that. Or if she'd say something after the asari bartender says "nobody alive can remember what the quarians looked like under those suits" then the camera switches to Shepard and you see Tali on his right and I'm like
That's when Shepard glances at Tali then looks away when she sees him

Reread the question, guys. Tali obviously needs to get over the geth..in the time after the Reapers, the geth will either be destroyed, friendly, or still at large. So it will depend on the ending.
Another problem is acceptance..will the quarians outcast Tali because she's with Shepard? Or treat her as an outcast. Tali and Shepard I suspect will be quite alone at the end of the gamesad but romantic, right?
Another problem they would have to work through is not being able to "do it" as often as they'd like
i think the geth situation will be resolved in me3 i guess that shep will be able to convince Quarians and Geths to make peace and share systems or to help the Quarians to defeat the geths and reclaim their homeworld, securing this way the help of migrant fleet vs the reapers (just my guessing ofc)
i dont see why they will outcast Tali, expecially if you defended her at the process, there's also an hint that Tali could become an admiral... ok much can change but she is a sort of hero for her people (same as Shep)
well that's true loveeven if who knows, maybe Tali can "get used" to it, she says that when quarians connect their suits they get ill for some time but slowly adapt... also on Illum there is an add about a cure for quarians and volus... it claim 40% chance of succes...
I never got this whole theory about the quarians not accepting Shepard because hes a human. I just don't see any evidence for this in the game for the quarians being racist against other races. Now you take Shepard, someone who's a galactic hero, who reclaimed their homeworld for them on top of everything else? They'd be building his statue out of dead quarians by that point. Would you maybe have to deal with an idiot every once in a while? Sure, there are idiots everywhere. But I don't see how Tali and Shep couldn't lead a perfectly happy life on Rannoch.
And I'm led to believe that Tali can indeed get used to Shepard. They make the point of saying that the first contact is always the most dangerous, and that the immune systems start to adapt after that. While I doubt that it would ever get to the point where it was risk free, I could easily see it getting to the point where the biggest danger was cold like symptoms.
I wouldn't put much hope on that thing in Illium. That place is all bs, just looking to make money. Sci-fi sketchy facts or not, you aren't letting a volus live out of his suit. I would assume that place actually has a 100% mortality/failure rate. Not my kind of place

Not sure why they'd advertise a quarian "cure" on Ilium anyway when the Flotilla isn't allowed anywhere nearby. You'd think any quarians on Pilgrimage would be too poor to afford something like that.

True, but the Migrant Fleet and quarians are pretty traditional. Even if Tali is defended well by Shepard and they nominate her to be an Admiral, she's still "Tali'Zorah vas Normandy". If Tali goes back and lives with the quarians on Rannoch or w/e and gets back into the flow, things will be much different especially since the Reaper invasion kinda obligates people to put aside petty differences for the greater good. After the threat is done with and the dust settles, it would be quite difficult for Shepard and Tali to live amongst the quarians in an every-day setting. It'd be like an alien living here on Earth, many people would be amazed and intrigued, but just as many would want them GONE, and would think the alien is seducing the human even though the human is completely willing :innocent:
And I never heard of that cure ad on Illium..that has to be some kind of propoganda..unless there's a 60% chance they'll die on top of a 40% chance they'll be curedand I agree about the adapting part of Tali and Shepard's relationship, but I'd say the two love birds would never be fully satisfied
in the end i dont see the vas Normandy suffix as that bad, at the starting of the process probably it is as it imply that Tali is alredy out of the migrant fleet, but in the end, if the process goes well, i think it just show her "appartenance" (she also chose to be reassigned to the Normandy)
of course the "live togather" thing will be after Reapers are defeated, even if Quarians will be able to reclaim their homeworld (peacefully or military) Shep will have to await to rebuild Tali home until reapers get quarian pounded out of the galaxy
but anyway i think this part will be left to us to guess... but i bet Shep and Tali will become huge heroes in me3 for quarian people if they will resolve the quarian/geth problem so i suppose he will have not many problems to live with quarians
(ahh the add is just an add, and i will not trust it at all

I'd still contend that Shepard knows exactly what quarians look like before Tali reveals herself. I will never be convinced that with photography, the internet, and a race around that was alive when seeing them was commonplace, no one knows what they look like. I'm sure finding out what quarians look like is as easy as googling it.
