Tali is open minded.  She wouldn't be an enemy of Kelly just because she's in Cerberus.  I like to think that their first conversation (where Kelly finds out she likes you,) got the relationship off on the right foot, and that they can be cordial from that point on.  I know we never see any crew interaction in the game, but I figure Tali wouldn't be adverse to being around Kelly.  She seems like a pretty nice person.

And I also see Tali getting pretty close with Ken/Gabby, just from environment.
