There's an old ME1 comic in regards to Shepard and Tali having sex. I won't post it because it's kinda morbid, but I thought this was an interesting coincidence. 

In the final frame, Shepard is standing near her tombstone (implying she died from their intercourse), and another crew member is there, and calls him a sick bastard. To which he replies "totally worth it"

Yes, she definitely would. She wouldn't break the law, but if she were allowed, she'd get a huge kick out of driving fast. She has a very fun-loving, adventures personality. "We're fugitives on the run, Shepard. Very exciting." 

Although, in ME2, she was a tad bit more serious than she was in ME1, which of course makes sense.
