Actually consider it kind of a loyality mission for her, I doubt there would be another for her in ME3. As for Miri, it would be likely either saving her sister again or Miri from her dad after TIM passes on a little info on her location. As for Jack I have no frame of referance for even thinking what would work with her. As for Ash, or Lira I honestly wouldn't want to think about it.



For femshep, would likely be Thane's Funeral, and for Jacob she would likely push him out of bed from dreaming constantly about "the priiiize". As for Kaiden maybe role reversal on Virmira.

I could see something like this happening. But, like someone else said, there would have to be more scenes made to avoid favoritism.

Seriously, ME2's end scene was the only way they could have done it: when Shepard saw it first. We are Shepard. It was supposed to happen.

Only thing that can top that is a surprise full frontal at the very end when Shepard's finished building the house on Rannoch

I'd figure it'd be just like eating non-dextro-amino-acids. Maybe a stomach ache, a bug, a cold, or something. I mean, she took Immuno-boosters, after all.

It's not the same thing as the germs issue. It's a whole other thing that applies to Garrus as well. In fact, the greatest danger is that her immune system will overreact to his amino acids (hence, an allergic reaction) rather than that it will underreact. It's sort of the opposite problem really.

However... unless she is as, Mordin puts, it *ahem*, "ingesting" anything she should be fine.

We don't know. 

I don't think he did, and I don't think his fluids during intercourse would cause her any real issue.

Since they wouldn't go through her digestive track, the body won't attempt to break it down (which is what seems to cause the issue; the body trying to digest amino-acids it doesn't have enzymes for). It would just be in her system, probably get attacked by her immune system. Even if her immune system didn't attack his sperm, they'd just die on their own and eventually be flushed out the body; it's not like they're a virus or bacteria that can attack her system. 

Basically, I think the worst that could happen is she has an allergic reaction to his sperm, along the lines of an allergic reaction to foreign bacteria.
