I dont know if it possible to hit 60 in ME1 tbh, I only ever got like 2 of the dlc's though which may be it, but I would go to every single planet and do every single miniquest in all the games getting like 40-50 hours of play in each game and never got above lvl 49.

Most I've gotten is 54.

Not in a single playthrough, you have to do a newGame+.

I usually hit level 53 before the end of the game, but I'm always so tired of playing it by that point that I don't do a NG+.

Most likely Paragade, Tali seems like one who could understand some renegade actions, but has a deep want for peace among things.

I don't think either would change her opinion in the slightest, since those choices don't affect the relationship at all.  Forced to choose I would say paragade.  Its more in line with her, and a normal person really.

Tali's a Paragade. I say Paragade.
Paragade = Nice guy crazy. He does the right thing :innocent: but flips out on people that do bad or tick him off
