The highest I did it was on Vetran, Hardcore and insainty it takes two good headshots.

more than that, I've had to put upto 4 head shots with AP ammo to kill Krogan in the okeer mission I just finished about 2 hours ago.

Guess ill have to try it with that next time, could you 1 shot the collectors near the end of vet?

more than that, I've had to put upto 4 head shots with AP ammo to kill Krogan in the okeer mission I just finished about 2 hours ago.

Well I have yet to ever take more then two good headshots to kill something with the widow.

If I were Shepard, I'd build a "Coolant pack"

Basically, it would be like a backpack that holds like 30 thermal clips, and it has a hose attached to my weapon, with a thermally conductive liquid (water? ) that gets pumped from the pack, to the weapon, and then back. It would transfer the heat from the weapon to the thermal clips on the pack.

Basically, my Revenant would be able to shoot like 2400 rounds before I have to eject all 30 thermal clips from the pack.

I rarely use soldier. It's always vanguard or engineer for me.

Soldiers worth it because I can use the Rev, Claymore and the Widow.

in my first game I know you could 1 shot all the merc with heavy Disruptor on with they had full ehalth and shields without assassin cloak in hardcore. (I haven't played anythign less than HC and insanity.
