I don't think it really matters who is more useful in combat. If you want my opinion, Miranda is the most useful squad mate in general in gameplay because she can take out barriers and shields at the same time. But I never cared about skills, I just bring Tali and whoever else I feel like bringing everywhere.

I mainly use Tali for Attack Drone, I mainly use Miri for Heavy Warp.

I had Tali once and she fell more during that then Miri in my whole game. I love Tali and all but in combat she was not that good. IMHO

ehhh Tali got a big nerf from ME1
still drone is sooooooo good (even if imo 30s timer is too high).... anyway i'll take it over warp anytime

How does Tali fall a lot for you? She normally lasts longer than any other person... Matter of fact half the time she lives lonnger than I do... I normally roll Tali,(currently adept shep), and Garrus/Kasumi/Samara.

Miri is second. The best in combat is Grunt simply because he is a tank. I see him take down Harbinger, elite characters and even a Scion by him self.

Believe already mentioned depends on combat style. Yours results in Tali being more vulnerable.
