I don't think it really matters who is more useful in combat. If you want my opinion, Miranda is the most useful squad mate in general in gameplay because she can take out barriers and shields at the same time. But I never cared about skills, I just bring Tali and whoever else I feel like bringing everywhere.
Just use Garrus or Zaeed........................ and then have Miri for support.
Miri is second. The best in combat is Grunt simply because he is a tank. I see him take down Harbinger, elite characters and even a Scion by him self.
both Legion and Kasumi are way better than Miri imo...
for a soldier Miri is pretty good as it cover all the defences, but if you alredy have warp i generally found Tali more usefull
Miri can take down all defences and she has bonus powers that add to your damage and health. She is the second best in the game because of her skills, not her weapons and even then, just give her the Locust and she is deadly.
the group bonus is not that big, Legion with widow+ammo will probably do more dmg than miri group bonus+her skills on top of that he have drone... kasumi have the backstab that is just godly as it does crapload of dmg, have inbuilt cc and it distract the enemies... she have overload as miri and the cc+aoe dmg is pretty nice too
Miri is ideal for a soldier but for other classes imo there are way better choices, Tali included
Vanguard and Engie....................
vanguard maybe, but he also can make good use of the drone so we are still there... and legion is still better
for eng you dont really need drone so Tali is not a very good choice, but you also dont need miranda, if you want a warper thane is a better choice with his SR

I watched Chowder for a bit, and The Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack. I do like the art style and they are both pretty funny at times.
But still, the older stuff was the best.
