Of course, on the other hand, my foreknowledge of the game's events will affect future playthroughs so I may end up going back and saving Mordin anyway. But the point stands.
I never really liked the ME1 romances so I'm personally in the clear.
That's actually not true. Default Shepard does not have a romance. He has Ashley alive, but that's just because she's the opposite gender.
