Someone actually found sound files indicating that there'll be a DLC in the future where you help Liara kill the SB. I'll avoid further spoilers...

At the end of Redemption, when she turns over Shep's body to Miranda, she actually expresses regret about doing it, saying that maybe it would be better if Shep were just left to rest in peace.  So it kinda seems like she was starting to get over it right there.
