As long as Tali's fate plays a role and the noobs that are too lazy to play through the first two games get stuck with the crapsack ending where she's exiled or she hates you because you ratted her father out...
I'm betting... the ending for any Quarian affairs will go down with this:
If you endorsed peace, the admiralty opts for peace (maybe even having speech challenges to sway the aging old warship Han'gerrel vas Lohgain Neema over)... except for Xen who wants to carry out her plan of Geth domination, which you then have to go deal with. Maybe end it with one of the Admiralty having to end things the hard way by shooting Xen dead for extra drama.
If you endorsed War, you can convince everyone on the Admiralty, except for Koris, who then goes off to try and warn the Geth. Same level, and you end up shooting him instead.
You realize that's ME2 decisions massively affecting the plot right? The whole thing people are mad over is that its unlikely that anything like this happens.

I think the likely default ME3 will have Tali exiled. It seems to be the likely outcome for a normal Shepard. In that case, she won't hate you, but it wouldn't be the best possible situation.
As for urging them to peace/war, remember completing Tali's pilgrimage in ME1? I'm thinking it will be like that. If you gave her the data, she believes you right away, and trusts you. If you didn't give her the data, you have to go through another line or two before she believes you. If you urged them to peace in ME2, nice job, you just saved yourself a line of dialogue worth of work in ME3. I wouldn't expect more than that.
