Nah, what I'm talking about is an AI that doesn't need a voice actor, can respond to anything and stay in character the whole time. But that's a realm of  existence so far beyond our own, we cannot even imagine it.

The description includes a short fanfic where Kelly takes Tali to go shopping and recommends her to buy some undergarments for sexeh tiem with Shepard.

I actually don't mind that image tbh.  It doesn't strike me as an image that was drawn to be put up on rule34.  The artist is clearly very talented, and drew what they think Tali's body looks like.  They even censored the explicit part.  I feel like some people here just see skin and automatically go into freak out mode.

I actually love this pic's depiction of her hands.  The best I've seen her hands drawn outside of her suit.

And she wouldn't wear undergarments at all.  The suit can easily prevent chafing itself, and they would interfere with the suits methods of cleaning and waste removal.  The likely explanation here is dressing up for Shepard.
