Well, that's the thing. All we can go by is her representation in the game, and everyone is the same height in-game (except for stuff like Volus or whatever, of course).
I'm just saying, I think realistically, she would likely be quite bit shorter than Shepard. Females on average are 4" shorter than males, and quarians are supposed to be smaller than humans.
Still, that doesn't exclude the possibility that maybe she's just tall for her race.Again, all we really have to go by is their in-game representation, so I guess that's all we can use for now.
Ah, so its in the realm of we don't know, so I can imagine whatever I want, and no one can prove me wrong

Geth attack Jump Zero and Shepard is accused of treason while Shepards sister is being taken away to live with another family. Shepard then has to complete N7 training and fight a bunch of creatures and a thresher maw in a burning refinery. He also discovers his father had gone crazy, enslaved a bunch of people, brought the geth onto Jump Zero and then was killed by them. He also discovers he father a son and a daughter with Ash and must kill his daughter and stop his son from killing Udina. Tali then speaks pasionately at his trial and he is cleared of all charges.
