I think I'd prefer a romeo-juliet double death instead of one of them dying. But I don't think Bioware would make that the only option considering the fanbase.Ghoul wrote...

I think Tali might just have long hair like that Elfen one. That's why I think there's all that hood space in the back.
But the males don't wear them, which means the function that they serve women is either non-existent, or small enough that men don't bother.
I think a proxy for hair is the logical explanation, especially when you factor in that they specifically decorate them.

Hopefully, I can give Tali the house on Rannoch without killing the Geth.
ITali and all, but Legion is my robo-bro. :/
I like Legion too, and hope there will be a peaceful solution. But if the Geth refuse to give up that planet they don't even use...they don't deserve to live.

TBH, I don't have any problem with killing off the geth, even if Tali wasn't going to die in their place.
If they can be reasoned with, sure, I'll play their game and let them leave peacefully. But if they do anything agressive at all, they can kiss their robotic asses goodbye. Legion included.

I don't see how we don't get a peaceful option to resolve the conflict really. The geth don't need the planet, and hold no grudge towards the quarians. All they want is to be left alone. If the quarians are willing to drop their grudge, a diplomatic solution can be reached

Oh god, I really hope you don't feel that way. They're a young species. However as Legion shows you, they are changing and becoming something more than they currently are. There is no justifying wiping out their entire species to save one person, no matter how much you love that one person.

I think you are forgetting that quarians aren't real. Bioware developed Tali's hood to be aesthetically pleasing. It does not need to exist for any other reason.Phil725 wrote...

God, yes. I was thinking about this while running through ME1 and ME2 again the other day.
I always take Garrus and Tali with me. Garrus is a bro, but he's going down if they make me choose. *Cue Taps*

I would look sadly out the window of the Normandy as Garrus was blown into tiny pieces. I might shed a few tears.
Then I would hug Tali, and it would hurt just a little bit less.

Do people seriously just sit in front of their computers thinking of new ways and scenarios to kill off Tali?
Bunch of depressing masochists around here. Tali has too many good things about her to talk about for everyone to focus on made up sad things <_<

Man, I don't even want to imagine such a choice. Although Tali would be obvious, but Garrus is my brostein. Would be hard to watch.Simon9one wrote...

As long as it doesn't actually go along the lines of Romeo and Juliet, then sure.

The quarians need Rannoch. This one isn't just about Tali.
I'm not talking about robo-genocide. But if the geth refuse to be reasonable, war may be the only option.
