Had to wake up for this. Laugh it up, Its my Xbox live Gamertag and i suck at coming up with names. Plus it has no numbers. I hate name numbers.

Yeah, that comes down to the individual person pretty much.  It was really bad a week or two ago when everyone was caught up in role play spamming the thread.  That made it pretty much impossible to discuss things, but thankfully, that fad seems to be gone. 

I like to use the minute per page, speed to judge how fast the thread is going.  6 minutes per page or more is slow enough for me, and there are usually others to converse with, but all people are different.  When you get faster than that, things get iffy though.  That hasn't happened as much lately either, although it does help to avoid the highest traffic hours (8pm-11pm eastern it seems to me.)

What do you think will happen if you start a game of Mass Effect 3 with Tali killed? How will the game play? What sort of impact will it have on the story?

And no saying crap like; I will never let Tali die! The point of the discussion is to share ideas, not dismiss them.

None of the other character threads suffer from this. I'm aware it's the internet but that does not mean the same people who consistently ruin the thread cannot stop from doing so.

As much as I like to dismiss claims I'll roll with this

Without Tali you'd obviously lose the whole house on the homeworld thing and the Quarian geth conflict would lose a lot of its personal connection. I'd feel distanced from the conflict somehow, I actually don't like thinking about it much

I'm not a big fan of this topic, as I don't expect to ever play ME3 without her.

I assume the game play won't change a whole lot, you'll just not have her as a squad member. When you negotiate with the Quarians/Geth or whatever, you'll probably get a lot less dialog.

Depends. Tali said some people wanted her on the Admiralty if you got her exonerated. If so, her history with Legion might allow you to influence the board and Tali into peace with the Geth.

If they can't/don't want to stop, they won't.  The only thing one can do is live blamelessly.
