lol that sucks. I thought it was weird that she would say "I watched your face as chief Williams died" when she might not have been in your squad at the time. But that's just Bioware being lazy.

And Liara proves a lot can happen in 2 years in the ME universe

Probably give her crap about "terrorist organization Cerberus" or maybe her estranged relationship with her father.  Al-Jilani just stirs crap up, I doubt she has any real ideals of her own.

Use charm speachs in the first, then punched her out in ME2, felt so good.

Huh.  Never heard her line of questioning if you let the Council die.  For me she's always harping on sending human soldiers die to save aliens.

I don't hate the other LIs. I do however disapprove of what the writers did to Kaiden, Ashley and Liarra.

In all honesty, both Jack and Miranda's romance arc were a he'll lot better then any of the ME1's LIs arc in comparison. Heck even Jacob's was better. The only reason why the other LIs look pale in comparison to Tali is because Tali had some really awesome scenes, lines and an actual relationship going with Shepard that her romance arc just make others with the excepton of Jack's seem more like a one night thing than an actual romance that you'll expect to see carrying over into ME3.

That's the bottom line for me. The commitment involved in Tali's romance really do give you the impression that her's will carry over beyond that one night while the others very less so.

So lets not hate the oter LIs. Rather hope that in ME3, Bioware make a better effort and give us more deeper, more involved and better writen romances for ALL the LIs. It is a win win thing for us.

ahsley had no abilities and kaiden just always seemed to die a lot in combat.

Worse part of the romance IMO, would have been good in Sheps room or hell Miris room. They both have beds, but decide to do it in the Engine room <_<

You seem a decent guy.

All the romances have flaws, none of them are perfct. Too me Tali felt kinda rush This is IMO. They should have had a more intimate thing with Garrus tho I do love that head bud thing. They mentioned love in Thanes romance too early. Jacks romance was almost perfect but my problem is if your nice she assumes you love her <_< and Miris romance was good until the sex scene. I was like cool butt hen i thought why bioware why!

Jacobs romance just stunk tho.........

All of them are rushed. This is JMHO because I played DA:O and wow do ME2 romances feel fast paced compared to that.

Not only that, but no banter between squaddies except Jack and Miranda, Legion and Tali, Jacob in debriefing. Bioware can do better.

dao have not VO for the main character and have less companions (8 i think, including dlc and not considering the dog) so is natural that they get more dialogues/banter and feel a bit deeper

they are different approaches, personally i prefer dao one but thats just my taste
