Yeah I think they will be personalized somewhat. In ME1 it was kinda interchangeable since there were so few LIs.

Chinese stealth armor is pretty much god mode once you get it yourself.  Alternate between that and Winterized T-51b...and Anchorage is sooooo worth it.
