Nope, it's so cute...he's fumbling all over himself trying to impress you and he's trying to compliment you...I could go into details but this is the Tali thread.  You stop him from his babbling 'cause he has no idea what to say, it's so freaking cute.
But I support this thread remaining on topic.  I somehow see Tali as maybe being hesitant about what to say but less clueless than Garrus about finally saying it.  At least, that's how I see it, no need to go spreading it around the ship or anything.
