Question: How would you respond to the following situation?
You're out one day walking along the sidewalk, admiring what a nice day it is. All of a sudden, a shuttle comes screaming through the atmosphere in a flaming ball. It settles down onto the grass in a park across the road from you. You walk over to investigate. The door pops open, and despite the impossible differences in time and space, Tali steps out. She approaches you with a problem. The flotilla is currently in orbit over the earth. It came under a massive attack, and more than half of the ships are irreperably damaged. A quarter of their population perished. If the survivors are evacuated to the remaining ships, the strain on resources would likely kill half of those left. They don't have the resources necessary to colonize any of the other planet in the solar system, nor the fuel to leave. So Tali has come to ask you (and only you, screw the president/prime minister/sultan etc.) if the survivors could be evacuated to Earth. She also warns you that, with the massive increase in population, the earth's natural resources would likely be depleted within 100-200 years, causing a great deal of death, illness and malnutrition among humans and quarians. Tali will be joining the refugees. So, do you allow Tali to bring down her people, saving them for the time being and possibly giving yourself a chance to woo and romance Tali? Or do you apologize, but decline, preventing the deaths of a great many humans and quarians in the long-term? Keep in mind, these are your only options, there is no middle road or third path.
Allow Tali to evacuate quarians. (By the way, only 17 million without quarter dead. Wrong DNA structure. Bad question)

In my opinion, Liara is the only romance option with enough legitimacy to challenge Tali. Considering the fact that she is basically in love with Shepard regardless of player choice, her's seems the next strongest. But, I don't want to cast the first stone.
Makes sense, we have been attacked by Liara fans before, the Miranda fans don't care about us and the Jack fans can't challenge us

Tali and the quarians need my help...and with their tech, we would be able to spread out and colonize other planets.
