I usually play as Paragon until the meter's full. Then no more Mr. Nice Guy. Unless it's about people I like.

hmm thats what I'm gonna do, it does mean playing as a soldier for a 3rd playthrough but I do get the full paragon status if I import, and that way i can sort out arguments, intimidate enemies and still be nice to the crew, and there is a reserved extra special niceness for Tali Zorah Vas Normandy... I love the new name...

I agree that mission had some really heart felt moments, looking at the little video logs seeing Quarians screaming to their kids that they love them before being mobbed by Geth was horrible, and watching Tali get upset as the admirals told her that her father was presumed dead made me feel really crap... one of the greater moments in the game though
