Some guy posted a guide on making sex dolls (this was before ME2 even came out). Someone out there noticed that the doll had a hood that kinda looked like Tali's, so a rumor started that it was some crazed talifan. 

In reality, it has nothing to do with her, or even Mass Effect.

So, it's just a sex doll.

Not a "Tali doll". Not a Talimancer. Some sicko made the doll, put a hoody on it, and some racist troll said "HUH-HUH, that hood means that's Tali!" and posted it in this thread.

You know what's sad? The guy posted it as some kind of science experiment, and I was so perturbed by it I actually studied his sick invention to make sure it didn't have anything to do with Tali or Mass Effect.

I was reaffirmed, but I don't know if it was worth it
