Sometimes I just want Shepard to ask Tali to come to the AI Core so she, Legion and Shepard can just talk things out.

It's kind of absurd that you can't. When exactly was Shepard planning on bringing this stuff up? It's not like something you just fit into a random conversation.

I doubt that.  All geth are one and the same.  Ergo, Legion helped commit genocide against the quarian race.  I think tolarance is probably the best we can hope for.
