btw: I just think the Maya calendar ended at 2012, because they were either too lazy to compute so much into the future, or the calendar would just became too large.

Legion shows a more human side to the geth.  He has emotions, although he tries to hide them as best he can.
But he is unique.  It's unknown whether other geth are anything like him.

Indeed. Any creature with emotion would show regret for actions taken in the Morning War. Will have to see if geth collective share the same emotions.

Rogue AI robots are terrifying. They have no purpose for organics, and they can reproduce at the rate of bacteria.

I'm not saying a rogue AI will automatically turn on its creator, but if it felt any reason to, it would be exceedingly dangerous. 

A machine will only follow logic that can be mathematically calculated. If not attacking brings an outcome of "1", and attacking brings an outcome of "1.001", it's only logical for it to attack; it yields the greater outcome. 

Collider pointed this all out for me:

AI was illegal. The geth were their machines. To avoid sanctions by the citadel, the quarians were going to shut the geth down. The geth then went into attack mode and obliterated nearly the whole race.

I find neither at fault, really. It was spontaneous.

I think it's less "hiding" than "not knowing what to do with."  I honestly think Legion is getting somewhat messed up:  he hasn't synced up with geth for over two years!  He's developing differently than the rest of them, what with all the unique experiences he's having.

It was interesting. You can genuinely tell Legion was... angry. He even makes a threat against quarians.
