Xen is a psycho, Han just wants to take back the homeworld, and Rael was wrong with his work. The quarians are pretty split with that they want to do, each admiral represents a different view the quarians have.

Don't forget Zaal'Koris.

Yeah, we can talk all we want and make the case for Legion/the geth not being trustworthy, but I don't see anyway they're a serious obstacle in ME3.  It would surprise me a ton if they went that way.  Just one of those things where I don't have the evidence, but I strongly believe it.

I think you'll somehow get the geth to side with you against the Reapers. Legion says that himself. You oppose the old machines. I also think this will be a big turning point in regards to relations between the quarians and the geth.

Thats the main reason.  They're the only race in the entire galaxy that believes the reapers exist.  They're pretty much like TIM.  You may not trust them, but they won't cause problems for you before the reapers are defeated.  What would the motivation be of getting themselves killed in the process?

Afterwards is when they may be more problematic.

Your point is taken, but there will always be bad apples.  You cannot blame an entire race for the misguided or insane actions of a single member.

Oh, Rael.  He's already paid for his crimes.  But that doesn't address what I said about judging an entire race by the actions of a few members.

Still Legion himself says that if the Quarians want to make peace, then the Geth will to, they don't want to make peace, only Korris does and thats why i don't feel sorry for them. If I was a Quarian I would have contacted the Geth and tried to do a meeting for peace, not plan for war, want to make new AI. Korris has the best point yet the Quarians want to go to war. If I can't force peace then I am helping the Geth, as much as I like Tali, I will help the Geth.

According to ME Ascension, the quarians seem to believe in the Reapers.

He's a giant dick though. Kal'Reegar has his head screwed on pretty well anyway, if you talk to him after the trial about going to war he expresses his doubts at their success. But he's a good soldier, so he'd march straight to his death if he was told. He's also not an unappreciative, manipulative dick so bonus points there too. His speaking up for Tali is second only to Shepard himself, probably made the admiralty soil their proverbial drawers. :D

Exactly, sorry if this example is a bit extreme:

Hitler was one cruel, sadistic bar****d but that doesn't mean that all humans are like this.

you can't hold a grudge on a race of people just because of the actions of a few wrongdoers

Some of the quarians want to destroy the geth, some want to coexist, but they generally want to settle down again and stop drifting.

Good idea. You could have 2 of them, too. One with her and Thane, one with Shepard and Tali. They come walking in. Both look at each other, then start to pace in opposite directions lol would be awesome.

The conversations seem about evenly split to me.  Some do, some don't.  And I don't think they want "war."  They want their home back..

Yes he is a dick, but he has the right idea Both of them have wronged each other and they need to make peace. The Geth want to, and Korris wants the Quarians to make peace, but they want to go to war.

Something worth mentioning, the only reason Han wants to fight the Geth (and I believe this holds true for nearly all Quarians in favor of war) is because they feel it's the only way to get their homeworld back.

Afterall, the geth have done nothing--in 300 years--to communicate to the quarians (or anyone else), that they'd be open to any kind of peace. In fact, they do the opposite by destroying anyone (even the peaceful ambassodors sent by the Council), who enters their space.

Xen is the only one who really has the potential to ef things up. She cares more about reclaiming the geth as slaves than getting their homeworld back.
