I know I am not, I like Tali but that does not mean I think she can be a moron now and then. Perfect example is the whole Legion and Tali argument. If the Quarians where doing that testing on humans, I would sure as hell tell the Alliance, Legion had all the right to do it, but instead of talking with Legion, she decides to point a gun at him.
Tali and the Quarians need to relise that both parties where wronged and peace needs to happen, not war. War will just make it worse.
Here is what they are both pushing at with the confrontation.
Legion
Legion suspects that the quarians are assembling for another attack, so he feels the need to warn his people about it. Legion recieved the data by scanning Tali's omni-tool without her permission.
Tali
Tali thinks that by warning the geth, Legion will have them retaliate, likely killing many quarians and causing further damage to the fleet.
To side with Legion, you are allowing the geth intel on the Flotilla, something that may compromise the fleet. To side with Tali, you are giving Legion- a geth collective, the assumption you favor the quarians and they will lose their trust in Shepard.
Both are wrong, they need to work together.
