That's not a new development in the relationship though.  Tali knew very well about this before starting the relationship.  Since he's you know, actually died before. 

And how does Shep have a 98% chance of dying after the war ends? 

It doesn't seem like you're giving Tali a lot of credit here.  Of all the reasons that their relationship could not work, she loves him way too much to let something small like a risk of death stop her.  She was willing to follow him on a suicide mission.  She was willing to die for him, but would rather be with someone else because Shep lives a dangerous life?

I also doubt that she's never considered a relationship with anyone else.  She did have her teenage years.  Its likely that she has never cared for anyone half as much as Shepard, and likely never will.

Yeah see what you mean. Shepard doesn't have to keep fighting though. Years after the Reapers are destroyed and the geth are becoming allies (or you're destroying them), Shepard will eventually have the highest honors and will be able to finally settle down.

The end of ME3 might be like the beginning of ME2: You're doing routine missions for months after the end of the big battle, picking off straggling collectors and finishing off nearly dead reapers. They can decide what to do (where to live) next.

Not really, Kraidy left all logic behind when he started claiming that the Geth didn't wipe out most of the quarians, why infact this supposed genocide was nothing at all

Did't we all just say drop it and if you want to continue do it in the group? You are assuming numbers, I see no facts, just billions died. Thats it, until Bioware gives us the full number then we can have a percent. Lets just drop it and go back to Talis thread and if you want to continue on saying I am wrong then do it on the group.

Well cmon, who's fault was it in the Morning Wars? That's Bioware's greatest writing achievement. You can argue about that for hours and hours and the only thing that comes of it is everyone learns something. I'm glad it happened, but am glad it's over as well Seriously, these threads are a mine-shaft of hidden treasures. There are some smart people on these boards.

Well Shep's not in the military now.  Not sure why he would rejoin later.  After my Shep kills the reapers, I'm gonna be chilling with Tali on Rannoch, full time

Shep probably wont stop being a spectre after the war ends. A man with as much exp in war as him cant just stop all of a sudden and Tali probably wont want to continue fighting considering she is young and has already fought for quite some time. If Tali is like most women she will leave Shep for someone who is more "home loving" what ever the **** that means. Women dont want to live on the go and never no whats going to happen next they need stabilty and apparently without it they go insane and leave so ME3 will have to consider this or maby this is more after ME3
