I knew someone would say that. and that's racist. Not all slavers are batarians. As a matter of fact. Most Slavers I fought, were humans, turians, krogan, and asari.

*Tali throws the blankets over her head scared*
Shepard:

*Tali hugs Shepard's waistt from under the blankets looking around.
Shepard: It is time to wake up hun.
*Shepard taps the alarm clock then goes under the the blankets to hug her shaking form*
Tali: What was that?
Shepard: It is an alarm clock. It wakes us up.
*Shepard pats Tali on the back gingerly. Tali releases her vice grip of a hug and blushes*
Tali: Oh, I uhm....I didn't know that.
Shepard: Come here!

So even after creating a sentient AI lifeform, the Quarians lack the notion of an alarm clock?

i imagine Quarian's wake up much differently than humans.

Perhaps id come in with a nice dish and eat it infront of them every day or  two till they die. Just for the dramatic effect.
