It's an edit that lets you summon different squad members at any time (even on the Normandy), so I summoned Tali and Garrus.

It's buggy though. They kinda stop following you and as you saw, only Garrus' portrait showed for some reason.

We saw a chance to take him out, and we did. We now move into a new era, one of freedom and new rule. We are in the era of the people... With me, rise up! Rise up! But damn, it does seem a bit anarchic without him...
