I can imagine it.
*After the credits, the scene cuts to black, and all music stops abrubtly.*
In 1st person, 'you' wake up. You realize you're in a classroom. You look down at your paper, and it's a bunch of drawings of the creatures of Mass Effect. At the bottom, the words - By (First name here) Shepard are written.
The teacher at the front of the class yells "Shepard!", and in that moment, all of the times anybody has ever said "Shepard" in any of the 3 games, play in unison.
And then the very next day, the slavers attacked...
Oh, now that would just be cruel.

I think so, Brain, but where are we going to be a barrel full of monkeys at this hour?
NON EDIT: No, really. Tell me. I wants to hear what you were pondering.
Well, the first time I read through it, it seemed like a good idea for another depressing FF.
But then I realized, after reading it again, there wouldn't be enough depth to add to the story.
Just the pain that she feels regularly...
Well, now that I think about it, if she does have a dream about him, specifically this one, she could be particularly sad at this. I mean, it's always possible to add a heart-wrenching moment at the end for spice, or something...
But enough of my incoherent gibber-jabber. Back to Tali.

If it helps: It will be a story of: Adventure, Death and destruction, joy, tragedy, probably love, other storytelling elements that one can expect.
Oh and it will likely be several episodes.

Hey, it might work. Although I liked your idea better. Easy to imagine Shepard as this sad, lonely little kid who's imagining himself as a big, unstoppable hero fighting impossible odds, winning a beautiful girl, having adventures.
Who among us hasn't done that at some point in their lives?

Re-downloading Witcher and KOTOR on Steam, found my BG2 disk (still can't find my BG1 disks Damnit!)
Gonna go binge a bit.
So want that ME2 Romance DLC. Heck, or expansion. Been quiet on the web site, thought EA / Bioware would have some form of expansion planned.

I keep doing that, and I don't know why. Buying the games for the 360 and then some time after that I buy the same game for the PC.
Maybe it's because I want to see her in a good resolution...

I would Imagine when you said "both" games you meant DA and ME?
For DA, the best thing about it being a PC game is the tool set. I would have been a lot more pissed had I owned the 360 version when I loaded the expansion and found that everything from the DLCs (excluding Return to Ostagar) would not carry over into Awakenings. Imagine my rude shock when my Arcane Warrior was popped into game naked without armor and weapons.
Besides, Lelianna looks a damned sight better with one of the fan made custom look to reflect her as was shown in the Original Trailer.
Anyways, damned glad for Steam. PC versions rock not only with a much higher res version of any 360 game, with today's GPUs, (just got an ATI 5700) and a large enough monitor, its rocking. Plus if you REALLY want to run it to your Big Screen TV, just connect the HDMI to your PC.
