Seriously.
If I know exactly what kind of spices and ingredients that are Chirality dextrous and how it would equate to what they taste like for Quarians / Turians, I'd whip up something for her under tight "clean room" (or as clean room as a kitchen can be) and use a food analyser to help me "taste" said food for me so I can make her some honey baked baby backs ribs, Rum based Tiramisu with heavy on both rum and chocolate (or whatever I can find that equates to both for Quarians) and of course something light to wash it all down.
Made some honey calamansi-ade for my kids.

I have high hopes for it, but like you said we never know until they release.
