I doubt they would have pre-ready sterile environments on Rannoch before they were exiled if that's what you mean.  I'm sure they could construct them if needed, but I don't see the need, they were fully adapted.  If I understand the immune systems correctly though, I believe they would have some kind of infantile environmental suit for traveling to other plants.  Since that will always be a hazard for quarians.

That would also make their initial exile easier.  Designing and mass producing enviro suits while your randomly getting sick and dying right after a hasty escape would be hard.

I've been wondering this myself. How would they be living and everything. Was hoping it would come up some time while sergio was in the forum or gkiller, they both have read a lot of the books. Something I need to know for my ff, planning on having something with Rannoch in it.

Hopefully Rannoch will have architecture that is sightlier than Haestrom's buildings, even if in a ruined state.

As to the level of urbanization, it's probably on a level of any other homeworld.  The homeworlds are always going to be the most populous, for the simple fact that it's the planet of origin for a species and they would have covered it quite well by the time they discover the Mass Effect.  At the minimum, it'd be as urbanized as much as Earth is now.

I wonder if Tali would hav eto reclimmatize to Rannoch's atmosphere or if it would even be livable anymore for the Quarians, maybe, for all we know, the Geth did all they could to make it so the Quarians wouldnt be able to readapt to the planet easily.
