 So, as some of you may remember, I said I was going to do a series of images as though Tali and Shepard were getting interviewed.  My original choice for this was going to be somewhere in the Dark Star lounge. 

Well...I'm not sure I like how it's shaping up.  Having such a dark, informal area seems out of place for an interview locale.  Maybe somewhere on the Presidium would be a better idea (even if I have to invent a part of it)?

This is how the bar one stands now and...I don't like it

He can be happy if you continue with your "bad ways" you only confront him if you go paragon.

It's one of the reasons he loves Tali. She's the very opposite of all the negativity he faced while growing up. <3

Tali: Oh Keelah! My Shepards a Zombie!?!
Shepard: Braaaa-*CLUNK* OW! GODDAMMIT THAT HURT!
Tali: * wielding a PDA* I'm sorry that I have to do this Shepard!! *Whacks Shepard over the head again*
Garrus can be heard laughing his ass off outside the cabin uncontrollably
Shepard: TALI IT'S ME! JESU- *CLUNK*

My Shepard is a Paragade Earthborn Sole Survivor, and I personally like to think that the reason he joined a gang was to quash the loneliness of not having a family, then thought better of it and decided to make something more of his life.

This is why I like the ambiguity of the backgrounds, nice and open to interpretation. I'd simply like Shepard to be able to comment on it if he goes back to earth, and if Tali and any other love interest is present.

Joined the military to escape loniness and became a sole survivor.  Ouch, that's gotta leave a mark.

Which is why I chose that background. Shepard never had a family, tried to fill the whole by joining the gangs, but left for a better life and found his squad in the military to be the closest he had ever come to being part of a family. Lost that on Akuze. Then he gets his new squad on the Normandy, who he gets close to again, only to lose them as well, except for Tali and Garrus, which is why he sees both of them as his only "true" family.

I actually put some time and effort into thinking this out.

I like it.  She also knows family in a way he just can't and that probably seems very attractive to him.
