Hey, I should do that. I wrote something earlier today about Tali getting ahold of an energy drink, but I forgot the majority of what I wrote. Fail on my part for not saving it on notepad or something.

All you really need is a couple words. Just make sure the words are accurate.

Also, make sure to put a plus in front of each word, and to keep "tali alive" in quotes.

Why didn't you want it posted anyway... Not disagreeing with you, just curious, I haven't seen it on some of the other pics you've put up.

Unfortunately like a lot of artists who draw female characters, my work has found it's way onto quite a few.....shall we say 'less than reputable' websites. I know it's to be expected, but after a while I took a stand and got all the images removed.

I'm sorry if I come accross as harsh, but since then I have become rather touchy about my work being posted without permission - because the more places it's posted, the more places it could be sourced from by those that wish to post it on those frankly disgusting sites.

Place:  The Reds' doss

"Geth pursuit ships!"

"I'm pushing the engines as hard as I can but--"

The chirping voices and unrealistic sound effects coming from the battered vid clipped off suddenly as a half-full can of beer struck the long-suffering entertainment center broadside. 

Shepard, who had been leaning forward and watching with avid interest, looked up, eyes brimming with adolescent rage.  Several of the other Reds guffawed loudly at his sudden anger.

"Why you watching that sh*t anyway?" someone catcalled, "buncha aliens shooting each other up, pew-pew!"

"Stuff it," Shepard snarled, standing, shoulders squared.  His gang brothers laughed again, but most got up and headed out to the balcony, having had their fun.  Shepard was left almost alone with the staticky vid.  His glare daring anyone else to make something of it, he slapped an open palm against the screen several times, trying to make it come back into focus.

"--escaped into FTL, but can we make it back to the Flotilla to warn them?" 

The picture was still blurry, but at least the audio had come back in.  That could have just been the unreliability of the pirate vid signal.

Shepard looked up as Finch took his spot on the threadbare couch.  Irritation crackled along his nerves, but he couldn't do much but surrender the place to the more senior gang member.

"You really like this show?" the older boy asked, frowning at the jagged picture.

"You stuff it, too."

"Nah, really," Finch's voice took a harder edge.

Shepard glared, and the senior gang member glared right back.  Finch started to get back up, so Shepard ducked his head quickly.  He wasn't big enough to take on Finch yet, but someday.  Soon.

"It's about these aliens," he admitted, voice truculent and defensive, "they fly around, pissing off the man, busting up robots, stealing sh*t they need.  They're like a gang, you know?"

"What do they look like?" Finch asked, at least sounding interested.  He squinted at the screen again.  "They all got suits on."

"Hell if I know, it's like a big secret or something."

"Hey, that one's the right shape!" Finch laughed, pointing out one that was obviously female.

"Yeah," Shepard replied, appreciatively.  Maybe Finch wasn't so bad.

"Whatever, freak," the older boy sneered, smacking the back of the junior gang member's head.  Shepard's face reddened in shame and anger as Finch strolled from the room, still laughing.

"If any ship can make it in time, it'll be the Pa--"

The vid gave up the ghost when Shepard smashed his fist against it in impotent fury.

Actually, I wouldn't be surprised if she was.

Remember, these aren't porn videos we're talking about... at least, I don't think so. They're educational videos and, let's face it, Tali's probably wants to know a bit more about human sexuality before she does anything with Shepard.

I'm not saying she would watch them. More likely, she'd do some reading up on the subject. But it's certainly not beyond the realm of possibility.

This is my theory. Ascension said that masks improve eyesight digitally, so even though you can't see into Tali's mask, she can see out just fine. Better even.
