All writers are (or should be) hard on their work. Some deserve it. Others don't.

Just get a visual image of the location - literally if necessary - and describe it. Remember, the rough draft is always crap anyway.

There's a lot of irrational hate out there. People just kinda assume that Tali fans will riot when something anti-Tali gets posted.

And it's funny, because it has never happened. I mean yeah, there are some overly zealous fans of Tali out there--all the characters have them--but collectively, the "talimancers" have never caused any kind of attack or riot or anything like that.

All writers are (or should be) hard on their work. Some deserve it. Others don't.

Very true. The best writing comes from revision. I know I revised the first paragraph of my fanfiction billions of times. And I am still am.

I find this interesting, because of all the romances, the one that seems to have the most demand for bisexuality is Tali. I'm not sure why that is, but it seems to be true, in spite of the fact that the polls I've seen indicate she's not significantly more popular among women than other female LIs.

I wonder it is about Tali that attracts woman that is absent in, say, Ashley, Jack, or Miranda? Kelly and Liara don't count, of course, because they are bisexual.
