I've already had to sort out a situation today.

Respectfully, there simply is no way to stop every one of your pieces of artwork from being altered in some way or another.  Once it's on the internet, it's public and it spreads quickly.  I learned that the hard way <_<

With all due respect MDK (Hahaha, one of BioWare's first games!) you do not own the rights to Mass Effect and therefore you really have no argument.

He may not own the rights to Mass Effect, but he owns the right to his own drawing.  Just because it involves a copyrighted character does not invalidate his rights to keep the artwork as his own.

That's exactly what it's about. I realise my pics will find their way around, but it still gets to me.

Imagine you spend hours writing a song, only to have it publically played without your permission, and with no ackowledgement that you were the one that created it.
