What if Tali gets a defect in her body that allows her to be impregenated by ANYBODY? Let's say she's pregnant with a human-Quarian baby. What will happen? will the blood cells attack it like in humans with foreign blood type?

Chirality was not addressed, I'm talking about genetic coding. It's extremely unlikely that an aliens DNA would have any sort of resemblance to that of a human. It's too farfetched to happen because of the incompatability when it comes to the alleles determining what would make what in a developing embryo.

The only remotely feasible way for Tali/Shep to have a kid is if you got Tali's DNA, and mixed it up with artificially created "quarian version" of Shepard's DNA, that mimics his traits. Anything that can't be "translated" will just use Tali's DNA. 

Even then it's not really a Tali/Shep kid. It'd be a Tali clone with traits that mimic Shepard's.

So do you like throwing together a bunch of words that sound smart but aren't relevant? The problems with impregnating a quarian would start at a much simpler level than having different genes.
