Also assuming that quarians and humans are even that compatable. Besides, the DNA strand of a human is vastly different from that of any other creature, the closest is primates and they still come far. Part of what identifies a species is the ability for two subjects of the same species being able to reproduce, there are very few exceptions but that does not dicredit the arguement that inter-species reproduction is even possible.LegendaryAvenger wrote...
It's actually scientificly possible for this to happen. the gametes of the dextro recieving partner could recieve a virus that ruins the ability to differentiate between DNA strands. Well let's not get into this. Besides I hate kids in KOTOR, don't want 'em in ME3.

So do you like throwing together a bunch of words that sound smart but aren't relevant? The problems with impregnating a quarian would start at a much simpler level than having different genes.LegendaryAvenger wrote...

What if Tali gets a defect in her body that allows her to be impregenated by ANYBODY? Let's say she's pregnant with a human-Quarian baby. What will happen? will the blood cells attack it like in humans with foreign blood type?Kami102 wrote...

I figured it out!
Nano-shotguns!
We contruct billions of tiny, nano-shotguns for each of Tali's white blood cells! Her immune system will be unstoppable!
It's so hard to try and not reply to this seriously.... Tali would obviously be a gigantic shotgun after that, her immune system would obviously form itself into the ultimate preventative!
.....
-On Shepard's Bed-
Tali: I love you Shepard <3
Shepard: I love you too, Tali <3 Come here...
--Meanwhile--
White Blood Cells: FOREIGN OBJECT!
-shotgunblast-
Shepard: -screams in pain- OHMYG-
The fact im for Bioware waving their magic wand and allowing for there to be a Tali-Shep baby inhibits me to reply to this.
Even if I wanted it to happen, DNA doesn't work like Lego.
Doctor: Ive never seen anything like this in the uarian DNA structure.
Tali: *gulp* What? Is that a bad thing?
Doctor: I wouldnt say bad, it is very rare, but it seems it would allow the genes of which are structureed differently...
Tali: What are you saying?
Doctor: It would appear your "eggs' would be able to accept that of another race.
Tali: Oh! You mean me and Shepard could...
Doctor: Yes, Ive no idea what would come of it, but yes... Id be very careful it could mean your immune system could still attack the egg after creation.
A bad magic wand, but a magic want non-the-less

Chirality was not addressed, I'm talking about genetic coding. It's extremely unlikely that an aliens DNA would have any sort of resemblance to that of a human. It's too farfetched to happen because of the incompatability when it comes to the alleles determining what would make what in a developing embryo.LegendaryAvenger wrote...

Even then it's not really a Tali/Shep kid. It'd be a Tali clone with traits that mimic Shepard's.
