Even then it's not really a Tali/Shep kid. It'd be a Tali clone with traits that mimic Shepard's.
This is currently the future and at the moment scientists have manipulated human DNA structure into that of which it has not been before. It hasnt been replicable via test tube baby, for ethical and other reasons, but I imagine by this period of time they could manage to augment Shepards genetic material to be able to fit Talis.
No, it just can't happen. You can't mix DNA of opposite chirality. It's biologically impossible.
It's like... trying to fit a tetris "L-piece" into a space meant for a "reverse L-piece." It just isn't compatible, no matter how much you flip it around.
