Let's just drop the topic of the quarians-human hybrid baby. We all know it's impossible, and the kid would probably be the outcast of the galaxy.

No, it just can't happen. You can't mix DNA of opposite chirality. It's biologically impossible. 

It's like... trying to fit a tetris "L-piece" into a space meant for a "reverse L-piece." It just isn't compatible, no matter how much you flip it around.

Maybe it is I dont fully understand "Chirality", but I know for a fact we are currently messing with DNA structures to the point of break down ang bringing them back from the dead so  to speak... If they couldnt change the genetic composition such as "Chirality", but able to repurpose genetic material to enhance the human of a specific part id be very suprised... Ill go look up "Chirality" as to further understand so I dont speak out of my ass about it.

Also they are different species, even if the chirality was the same still impossible.

Well, if Bioware brought Shepard back to life, which is impossible, I think Shepard and Tali could have a Baby.

*Shepard opens door and stares at Tali who is leaning over the sink, her body language tells him she is feeling off *

*Shepard's eyes shoot open as she turns towards him with her hands cradling the small bulb*
Shepard: Tali, you pregnant!
*everything goes black and Tali's eyes fire open waking up in Shepard's bed with her heart racing. Tali sits up from the bed and puts her head in her hands*
Shepard: Tali, you okay?
*Tali looks at Shepard and smiles*
Tali: Yes, I think so. 
*Shepard rubs her back pulling her back under the covers*
Shepard: Let's get back to sleep.
*Tali throws her arms over his chest and listens to his heart beat with its calm melody throwing her back to sleep and she once again enters the impossible dream*

Ya... If you can bring somebody who has been dead and had complete brain decomp why not be able to make something like genetic material compatable with another species?

Why hasn't it occurred to anyone that Tali could just be impregnated via a sperm donor? Or, they could adopt. It wouldn't have to be Shepard's baby, per-se.
