Overripe. That's a fairly good description. They should have kept her (body-wise) much closer to the actress she's modeled from. She is not "overripe".



Perhaps the character creators were (mis)connecting "genetically engineered perfection" with big hooters, etc...overripeness.

I seem to have an unhealthy desire to "fix" broken girls.  And by that I mean I have an unhealthy desire to have them turn my life into flaming wreckage.

Different strokes. I would have definitely have tried to help her if it didn't require romancing her. I think she needs friends who will care about and help her without wanting more, rather than a lover. That's my opinion though.

Err Phil725...a hideous-under-the-mask Tali (and Quarian) would pretty much ruin the whole Shepard/Tali romance thing without totally wrecking the rest of her mystique.

In any case (fortunately) the romantic choices for the (male) Shepard have all been attractive female types with very human-like features so unless a Bioware programmer had a twisted sense of humor, Tali isn't a Vorcha in a mask.

Ruin it for you maybe.  Personally, I don't care about what her face looks like, and care about the mystique even less.  Her personality, and emotional connection in general are what I like.  Her body is physically attractive, and that doesn't hurt, but its also not nearly as important as the other stuff. 

Regarding mystique, that was part of her initial appeal in ME1, but after I learned more about her character, that became less and less important.  And as far as I'm concerned now, after the Omega 4 relay, the mystique is gone completely.  Now its just a matter of time until her character is completed, and I'll be content with whatever it is.

Agree 100% Phil. Her face will not ruin the romance whatsoever. Her face is not the reason why I liked her character and the romance. I do want to see it, but it's not going to make or break anything.

Yeah, I'm just acknowledging my own apparent interests.  I've still not managed a playthrough with someone besides Tali.  I'm sure Jack is getting pretty f-ing sick of telling me to go break it off with the quarian.

Agreed. I could live without seeing it, to be honest. But I won't spurn the chance should it arise.

Let me put it this way...I don't care how sweet, charismatic, interesting, the character is or if that character has a smokin' hot bod...if it is a Vorcha or a Volus, I ain't romancing it. We can just be friends (and that's friends WITHOUT benefits).
