Tali needs to move in with Shepard. Sleeping in his bed, having her techy stuff around, working on the computer. This is actually a great idea for the romance pack - after the suicide mission, they move in. Maybe a little more dialogue too.

Likely some of her personal belongings. Some components or the like that she works on during her down time.

Maybe a decontamination unit put in that little space between the cabin and the elevator?

I would assume the whole room could be sterilized rather easily.  It seems to be sealed off from the surrounding area already.
