Shepard needs to hook up an engineering terminal in his cabin.
I don't think Tali would ever have to leave.
Maybe a decontamination tent?
You know, I think Shepard's entire cabin can be turned into a "semi-clean" room.
It's got an airtight door, and its air comes directly from the Normandy's life support systems, which I imagine would be clean and sterile.
Just would kinda need some kind of sterilization unit. Of course, with Shepard hanging around in there, it'll never be a true clean room. But you'd think it'd be moderately safe.
Hell, that space between the elevator and his door could be turned into like an airlock, with a decontamination cycle.

Shep living in it means that a decontamination is only good for about five minutes.Phil725 wrote...

I would assume the whole room could be sterilized rather easily. It seems to be sealed off from the surrounding area already.

All the LI do that, however Bioware was lazy and use the same Skelly on all LI, and Femshep, with the way tali's legs the way they are the movement is increased, thus making it look that way.

Interesting...may be possible for us to see Tali out of her suit in ME3 in Shepard's cabin, into some casual clothes. She'll get more and more accustomed to him.Phil725 wrote...

Good thing Tali is already working on the problem of adapting to Shep
I'm aware that it would never be entirely clean, but I don't see how they couldn't get it to a very safe level with some effort put into creating a sterile environment.

It'd probably end up like Spetznaz vs Green Berets, near tie

Likely added decontamination similar to Normandy SR1 airlock added to space between Elevator & Captain's Quarters. Inside quarters may contain various engine parts. OSDs containing manuals. Wallhangings similar to Inara's shuttle. Various souveniers from previous missions. Holos of Tali's family members. Perhaps holos of downtime with crew.

Likely some of her personal belongings. Some components or the like that she works on during her down time.
Maybe a decontamination unit put in that little space between the cabin and the elevator?

That would be nice. Shepard's room is so drab beyond the fish tank. It has an air of practicality about it, but some decoration wouldn't hurt.
After all, he isn't the only one staying in that room.
