Hmmmm, okay how about this scenario
Shepard turns out to be secretly an agent for the Reapers and sabotages the defence of the Milky Way
Tali then dies and he realizes he really loved her
He then goes on to defeat the Reapers but he dies by blowing up that star and taking the Repaers with him
But then it turns out Tali survived and she gets all sad at Shepard's death
Then Kal'Reegar or Garrus comes along and bangs her for the rest of their lives
Then the story ends........feel better?

We all go off-topic from time to time, difference is YOU're NEVER on-topic and if there's a interesting discussion you're always the one trying to torpedo it by throwing stupid comments at people just to get attention since you're unable to take part in an intelligent discussion.

No, I don't think it'll be about revenge at all.

I think what'll happen is he'll want the Normandy back, specifically EDI. She's one of a kind. Plus the Reaper IFF will let him send teams into the Omega 4 relay and potentially salvage some debris from the collector base.

He'll even use the "We won't hurt the crew, we just want the Normandy back. We'll even keep protecting your sister" angle on Miranda.

I only have one game where I let Fist live. He has died so many times because a) he put Tali in danger and Wrex is too awesome to not have around.

My one save I'm gonan be using has her alive, just to see what keeping her alive will do in ME3, other then that that lying little **** gets pumped full of lead each time.

oooookay, that makes more sense to me.
I can totally see something like that happening for that reason.

I don't see it as a loose cannon move.  He specifically told you that his job was to kill Fist, and that he was going to when given the opportunity.  Did you want him to sing it to you?
